I contacted H-Town after my sister in law received a couple of estimates to replace leaking water heater that I felt were too high. H-Town responded quickly and communicated through text messages effectively. They requested pictures that showed location of water heater so that they could give us an estimate that was realistic. The estimate they gave us was close to half the price of first plumber and still much less than the second. They scheduled appointment on Friday late afternoon for Monday morning. Arrived on time, completed the removal of leaking water heater, installed the new one, and had it heating water all in less than two hours. There was no drama, no efforts to increase price nothing added to original price. Could not be happier with how they treated my sister in law. Big thank you to everyone who helped us!

Alex was great in arriving early and getting the job done quickly and effectively. He was also very friendly. I would not have been able to do the job myself!

Service was a dual master bath drain backed up (probably due to AC/heat), Alexander was HONEST, quick, and so professional! As a women, I feel as though it's hard to find trustful repair people and I couldn't recommend Alex and this team enough! He came same day (actually the same hour I called) and was very nice and efficient. Quote was over the phone and was an honored price, and he cleaned everything thoroughly. He also taught me preventative measures for the future. Don't look elsewhere!

Emergency garbage disposal issue, at my father's home, resolved! Quickly, promptly and professionally...

I asked for maintenance on my old water heater. They responded in a timely manner and gave a reasonable price. They flushed the heater and tried to replace the anode rod but it turned out the heater does not have one. Then they noticed some minor leaks in the connections and a cracked pipe in the drip pan. Luckily they had the materials in their truck and proceeded to the replacement immediately. They also took a tour of the house and suggested some future improvements. All this for a reasonable price with clear communication and options.

H-Town sent a plumber within one day of my call. I had different issues on two different toilets which the plumber was able to address. He knew exactly what he was doing and had extra parts with him, e.g. new bolts to replace old rusted bolts securing my toilets. I was very happy with the prompt and quality service they provided.

This company is excellent from scheduling to the knowledge of work provided. He was on time and explained my problem, options, and pricing. highly recommend H-Town Plumber!

Responsive, polite, professional, reasonably priced...basically everything one looks for in a great plumber or any contractor. They were wonderful with communication, a rarity these days for most professions. Have already recommended them to friends and family.
